Energy Saving Products Available from Hart & Iliff

Hart & Iliff offers a number of products that can improve your comfort and save you a lot of money. Many of these products come from Europe, where fuel prices are significantly higher than in the United States. A partial list follows:

1. German boiler system with indoor/outdoor setback control. The benefits of this system are discussed in this quarter’s Question and Answer segment.
2. Roth Double Wall oil tanks. These tanks are corrosion proof, have a leak detection devise and come with a 10-year warranty that includes $1 million of environmental cleanup coverage.
3. European oil burner, which is more reliable, efficient and uses less electricity.
4. HydroFlow water treatment system. This device eliminates lime scale problems and can take the place of a water softener. It requires no maintenance, adds no chemicals to the water and costs pennies a day to operate.
5. Premium Thermo Pride warm air furnace with ECM motor technology. ECM motors use constant air circulation, which reduces operating costs and enhances comfort.
6. Digital programmable thermostats. These thermostats, which produce fuel savings of approximately 10%, can be programmed to automatically reduce the temperature when you are away from home and when you sleep at night.
