Replace Your Underground Tank

On October 1, 2009 the New Jersey Legislature made a change to the grant a New Jersey homeowner can receive for replacing their underground oil tank with an above ground oil tank. The amount of the grant has increased from $3,000 to $3,500 per qualifying homeowner. While there are income and net worth requirements, most homeowners have no problem qualifying.
