Service Technician Training
One of the reasons why our service department is so excellent is because we are constantly training our technicians. Two of our technicians recently attended formal training programs at the Auburn Technical Institute in Auburn, New York. Auburn is one of the finest heating and air conditioning technical schools in the country.Brian Myers, of Newton, successfully completed the course "Installation and Service of Air Conditioning." Robert Grant, of Sussex, successfully completed the course "Installation and Service of Natural Gas and Propane Heating Equipment." Each of these Auburn courses are extensive, full-time, one-week programs. Students' time is split between classroom lectures and "hands-on" training in a modern laboratory. The programs focus on concepts and practical applications, and provide complete instruction required for servicing and installing air conditioning systems and/or natural gas and propane heating systems.
