What is the Easy Pay Plan?

Easy Pay is a discount oil purchase plan introduced in the Summer of 2002 as part of our Freedom of Choice Program, which gives Hart & Iliff customers a choice of how they want to purchase our exclusive Ultrablend Heating Oil.
